William is a conservation and value chain development specialist with over two decades of experience designing inclusive, landscape-level strategies across Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. He holds a Master’s Degree in Oceanography from the University of Southampton and is currently based in Nairobi. His work bridges land-use planning, biodiversity conservation, and private sector engagement to build sustainability into commodity sourcing and rural livelihoods. He has developed science-based monitoring and adaptive management frameworks for nature-based solutions and co-led sustainability programs with the Rainforest Alliance and Conservation International. As Vice President of Impacts at Everland, he oversaw project due diligence and reporting for REDD+ portfolios and helped develop a voluntary carbon market standard that channels finance directly to Indigenous Peoples and local communities. William’s work is grounded in systems thinking, equity, and practical field implementation, enabling credible, high-integrity outcomes for people and nature alike.
Jessica is a sustainability strategist with over twenty years of experience designing inclusive sustainability strategies across landscapes and global value chains. She has advised more than 20 multinational companies across tier 1–3 suppliers and developed landscape-scale roadmaps and analytical tools. Jessi has led climate-related livelihood risk modeling for high-level decision support (e.g., USAID FEWS NET); co-led research and program design for socially sustainable, climate-smart practices in high-risk commodities (e.g., Rainforest Alliance); co-created REDD+ and carbon market due diligence frameworks (e.g., Everland); and co-designed a carbon standard and quality framework centered on community-led forest conservation (e.g., Equitable Earth). Jessi is a systems-thinker who specializes in translating technical quality into actionable strategy, with an emphasis on social equity. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Development from Clark University’s Department of Sustainability and Social Justice.
